When an order is placed at Musicroom.com we keep you up to date via e-mail and allow you to track the progress online. Please note you can only track orders online that were placed whilst logged into a Musicroom.com account. If you ordered as an unregistered user then you will only receive updates via e-mail.
To see the latest details of your order online
- Sign into "Your Account"
- Click "View & Track Orders" on the left
- Find the order in the list and click "View"
If you find that you are not receiving e-mails regarding your order there is a chance these are being redirected to a spam/junk folder located in your inbox. Alternatively when the order was placed an incorrect e-mail address might have been given. If this is the case please call us on 01284 725 725 and we will update the order details.
