I made a purchase in a Musicroom shop but didn’t have my Musicroom Card with me

This is not an issue, simply take your receipt and Musicroom card back to the store and they will apply the points for you.

If the order was made online then as long as you have registered your Musicroom card to your account the points will have automatically applied.
